Where: Between Lækjargata and Tjarnargata, Reykjavik
Info: “ Tjörnin (The Pond) is a prominent small lake in central Reykjavík. Most visitors to the city pass along its shore, as it is situated in the city centre next to the Reykjavik City Hall and several museums. Tjörnin means “the lake” or “the pond”
When he came here, somebody told him Tjörnin is the most famous lake in Reykjavik. Around the lake, he saw some kids throw bread to feed ducks. Would he join them? Join kids or……ducks? He looks a little bit hungry, haha… On the middle of lake, he also saw a small land. Every kind of birds took a break there and enjoyed sunshine as people were doing by the lake. City hall was built on the lake and he could pass by the bridge to visit it. Some funny sculpture also stood around the lake and he wish they could tell him some story about this city
